Hey y’all! I hope this week has been fantastic for you all. I am super excited that it is Friday and the weekend is finally here. I am headed to Chattanooga this afternoon for a fun filled girl’s weekend! I am so excited to get out of town for a quick getaway. I am also very much looking forward to laughing, exploring, and an amazing brunch on Saturday morning. I feel so old because as much as I LOVE drinking mimosas, the sugar in them no longer loves me. So, prosecco it is this weekend. Nonetheless, I am in need of a carefree, fun weekend. I am not sure when I am going back to Dallas to see Carl, but hoping to have that figured out soon. I know that I am for sure planning to go in October for my birthday, which I am STOKED about.
I am on week 3 of FWTFL and I am feeling really good. I am not sure if I’ve dropped any pounds on the scale, but what I notice the most is that I am not nearly as bloated as I was prior to starting the program, and my sleep has greatly improved SO much. That’s a pretty big deal for me because I have had issues sleeping (mainly due to anxiety) for years. Literally years. So, it nice to finally feel somewhat rested when I wake up. It has taken me a few weeks of getting the hang of using My Fitness Pal and calculating my macros, but I am feeling more confident in what I am eating. I have never really thought so much about calculating my food and I don’t think I have ever read so many nutrition labels before LOL! But I am feeling great and I am hoping that by the end of this program that I have made a little progress. I want to be real with myself with my expectations – I know that I am not going to be in best shape of my life in 4 weeks, but I am hoping that I can drop a few pounds, fit in an old pair of jeans that no longer fit the same, feel good, and just be better and feel better overall.
I have decided to do something a little bit different this week. Instead of the best sellers of this week, I want to share my top 5 best selling Amazon finds to date. To be honest, the majority of items that I have sold the most from is Amazon. Which is understandable because honestly, who doesn’t love Amazon? I am freaking obsessed and I feel like I receive some sort of package every other day. That is kind of pathetic, but I not only purchase clothes and accessories from there. I also buy supplements + medication, things for the home, and even some of their grocery items. I am Amazon obsessed and I have zero shame LOL.
The square hooping earrings have been such a great seller! Everyone loves this earrings, especially because they are an Uncommon James dupe. Everyone loves an affordable alternative.
So, the cordless vacuum cleaner has also been a great seller. I primarily post about fashion and skincare, but I have started posting more about home decor and things for the home recently, and so many seemed to love this vacuum. It is a much more affordable option than the Dyson cordless vacuum.
The ice roller is one of my most favorites Amazon purchases EVER. It seriously feels so good when used in the morning. It depuffs your face and just feels so good, especially in the hot summer heat like many of us are experiencing now. It also great for stiff muscles (neck and shoulders) and migraine headaches.
This is my most favorite makeup organizer. Best I have ever had, hands down! It is perfect for travel. I literally just toss it in my suitcase and go. I talked about this last week, but it also comes with multiple dividers so that you can organize your bag the exact way you want to. Highly recommend this awesome product!
So, these marble leggings are freaking amazing. I mainly only wear 90 Degree by Reflex or Yogalicious, but I love this pair. They suck in EVERYTHING so good, which is a huge plus for me. I also really love the unique print. Marble print is so popular right now, and these leggings are so perfect and just different.
I hope y’all have a great weekend!
